Methodology
At NextGen we work on tennis of the prensent and the future, adapting and updating our training system to new stages and new technologies. NextGen coaches provide the right tools to our players according to their skills and mentality. Depending on the needs we use the appropriate methodology for each player.
Because each student is different, we apply our concepts providing the players a personified approach that sets us apart from the big academies.

At NextGen Bcn we focus on the next generation players, future stars rising and growing. We like to work together as a team (player, coach, family) to know which steps we need to follow depending on the stage of our player's carreer. We develop a plan together and personified for each student.

Sometimes we find that the player is destroying the person itself due to big expectations that never arrive. Manage this kind of situations is a priority to us in order to ask our players intensity and competitiveness to get the most performance on and off the court. Our mission is to find the way for our player to obtain the necessary confidence to be able to be competitive.
